ZWROT PRODUKTÓW

• Masz prawo zwrócić zakupiony produkt w przeciągu 30 DNI od dnia otrzymania przesyłki (prawo odstąpienia od umowy sprzedaży)
• Termin ZWROTU PŁATNOŚCI może wynieść od 5 DO 14 DNI  na zasadach określonych w przepisach prawa. 
• Jeśli zapłaciłeś za zamówienie gotówką przy odbiorze i podasz nam numer rachunku bankowego, zwrot nastąpi na wskazany nr rachunku. W razie braku podania nr rachunku bankowego, zwrot nastąpi w takiej formie w jakiej dokonałeś płatności.

Proces zwrotu produktów:

2. Przesłanie produktów na adres: Bygghandel.pl, Sklep internetowy STUE, ul. Niepodległości 606/610, pok1.11 81-855 Sopot.

3. Konieczne załączenie wypisanego formularza zwrotu oraz rachunku/faktury za dany towar.

SKŁADANIE REKLAMACJI

W celu złożenia reklamacji, postępuj zgodnie z poniższymi krokami:

1. Formularz zwrotu/reklamacji
   Wypełnij formularz zwrotu/reklamacji i dołącz go do przesyłki. Dokument powinien zawierać następujące dane: imię i nazwisko, adres e-mail lub adres do korespondencji, nr telefonu, wskazanie numeru produktu i przyczyna reklamacji, data zakupu oraz wystąpienia wady.
   
   2.Odesłanie produktu
   Składając reklamację prosimy o odesłanie produktu wraz ze wszystkimi jego akcesoriami oraz kopią faktury zakupu.
   
   3.Wysyłka
   Reklamowany produkt należy wysłać na adres:

Return of the products.

- U have a right to return purchased product within 30 days from receiving shipment(the right to withdraw from the sales contract)
- The date of returning payments may be from 5 to 14 days, as provided for in legal regulations
- If u paid for your order with cash at delivery, and give us your account number, the refund will be sent to the account number you provided. If u don’t provide any bank account, refund will be given in form which u made payment.

3. Mandatory attached filled form of return, and receipt for returning product.

Making a complaint

In order to make a complaint, follow the steps below:

1. Return/ complaint form
   fill return/complaint form and attach it to the package. Form should contain the following information: Name and surname, e-mail or correspondence address, telephone number, indication of the product number, and reason for the complaint, date of purchase, data of discovery a defect.
2. Returning the product
   When submitting a complaint, please send the product back with all its accessories and copy of purchase invoice.
3. Shipment
   Returning product needs to be send to address below:
