Return of the products.

- U have a right to return purchased product within 30 days from receiving shipment(the right to withdraw from the sales contract)
- The date of returning payments may be from 5 to 14 days, as provided for in legal regulations
- If u paid for your order with cash at delivery, and give us your account number, the refund will be sent to the account number you provided. If u don’t provide any bank account, refund will be given in form which u made payment.

Process of returning products:

  2. Send products on address: Bygghandel.pl, Sklep internetowy STEU, Al.Niepodległości 606/6010, 81-879 Sopot
  3. Mandatory attached filled form of return, and receipt for returning product.

 

Making a complaint

In order to make a complaint, follow the steps below:

  1. Return/ complaint form
    fill return/complaint form and attach it to the package. Form should contain the following information: Name and surname, e-mail or correspondence address, telephone number, indication of the product number, and reason for the complaint, date of purchase, data of discovery a defect.
  2. Returning the product
    When submitting a complaint, please send the product back with all its accessories and copy of purchase invoice.
  3. Shipment
    Returning product needs to be send to address below:
