GENERAL PROVISIONS

The administrator of personal data collected via the STUE.PL, STUE.EU, brass-handles.com online store, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection) of 27 April 2016 (Journal of Laws of the EU, L No. 119, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as the GDPR and the Act of May 10, 2018, on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws 2018.1000), is BYGGHANDEL.PL SC with its registered office at Mickiewicza 25/2 in Sopot, NIP number: 585-146-56 -58 and REGON statistical number: 221814065 e-mail address: office@bygghandel.pl - hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator" and being at the same time the Service Provider of the Online Store and the Seller.
2. The administrator takes special care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular, ensures that the data collected by him are processed in accordance with the law; collected for specified, lawful purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with these purposes; factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and stored in a form that allows the identification of persons to whom they relate, no longer than it is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
3. All words, expressions and acronyms appearing on this website and beginning with a capital letter (eg Seller, Online Store, Electronic Service) should be understood in accordance with their definition contained in the Regulations of the Online Store available in the Regulations section.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION

1. The purpose of collecting personal data by the Administrator is:
1.1. Establishing, shaping the content, changing, performing or terminating the contractual relationship between the Service Provider (Seller) and the Service Recipient (Customer) consisting in the provision of Electronic Services via the Online Store or the conclusion and performance of the Product Sales Agreement and their delivery to the Customer.
1.2. direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services.
2. In the case of customers who use the services of delivery of the Product to the Customer, the Administrator provides the collected personal data of the Customers to the extent necessary for the delivery to the selected carrier:
2.1. Apaczka and DPD Polska Sp. z o.o. with its location in Warsaw (seat address: ul. Mineralna 15, 02-274 Warsaw) number in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register: 0000028368.
3. For customers who use electronic payments or a payment card
4. The Administrator processes the following personal data of the Service Users (Customers): name and surname; e-mail address; contact telephone number; address (street, house number, apartment number, zip code, city, country). In the case of Service Recipients (Customers) who are not consumers, the Administrator also processes the company name and tax identification number (NIP).
5. Providing personal data referred to in point. 2.4. is necessary for the Service Provider to provide Electronic Services as part of the Online Store or to conclude a Product Sales Agreement.

COOKIES

1.Cookies are small text information in the form of text files, sent by the server and saved on users device (e.g. computer, laptop, or smartphone’s memory card) depending on which device user is visiting our online shop. 2. the service provider processes the data contained in cookies when visitors use the website of an online store for the following purposes:
2.1 identification of users logged in to the online store

The Service Provider also collects operational data (so-called logs - IP address, domain) that are stored for an indefinite period and used to generate statistics helpful in administering the Online Store. These data are aggregated and anonymous, i.e. they do not contain features that identify visitors to the Online Store website. Logs are not disclosed to third parties

BASE OF PROCESSING DATA

1. Providing personal data from the recipient is not mandatory, however not providing of personal data listed in statute necessary to complete sales agreement, will result in rejection of that contract. Data necessary to complete sales agreement are also listed on our online shop webpage.
2. base for the processing of recipient personal data is a necessity of completing a sales agreement, that recipient is a part of. In the case of using personal data for advertisement purposes base for usage is the consent of the recipient.

RIGHT TO CONTROL, ACCESS TO YOUR DATA AND TO MODIFY IT

1.Recipient has the right to access his/her data and to modify it.
2. All recipients have a right to control and process their data, that is in possession of administrator database, especially right to demand fill, update, correct their data, if they were not complete, not up to date, or wrong, or were gathered with violation any law act.
3. In the case of processing data for advertising our own products or administrator services, the recipient has a right to write a formal request to stop the usage of their data with the reasons listed above.

FINAL RESOLUTIONS

1. Online shop may contain links to other webpages. The administrator of the page advises getting to know the privacy policy of webpage you are currently on. Their privacy policy applies only to their webpage.
2. Administrator uses technical and organizational means that provide protection of processing personal data accurate to threats and categories of fragile data. Mainly it provides protections data from publishing and processing data to unauthorized people
3. Service provider publishes available technical means that provides getting and processing data by unauthorized units
3.1 Protection of the database from unauthorized access
3.2 Access to account only with individual login and password.
